Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours apart from customised orders which can take up to 3 weeks. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been placed. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company and deliveries might take slightly longer during busy periods.

Refused or unclaimed deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery and the return cost. Any parcels not received must be reported to us via email to hello@kekereandco.com within 7 working days (UK orders) or 10 working days (International orders) of estimated delivery date.

UK Express delivery (Next day - tracked) - £6.99

Europe Delivery

Standard delivery (2 - 11 working days) - £11.99

 

International Delivery (US & Other countries)

Standard delivery (5 - 17 working days) - £14.99

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Kékeré & Co is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country so we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be.
